Wrexham FC have spent all but two season playing at the Racecourse Ground since the club was founded in 1864.
The Racecourse Ground hold the record for being the oldest active football ground to host an international match. Wales played their first international match there in 1877 and the ground still hosts the national team on occasion.
The Racecourse Ground record attendance is just under 34,500 who watched Wrexham host Manchester United and the Busby Babes. United n the match 5-0. The Racecourse Ground also hosted European matches, including a Cup Winners Cup Quarter-final against Anderlecht.
