Carrow Road, the home of Norwich City FC, was constructed in a remarkable 82 days in 1935 in time for the 35-36 Football League season. The club was forced to make the move when the ground at their previous home, The Nest, was deemed by the league as “no longer suitable” at the end of May 1935.
